Psilowave are positively amped to present …Txt Recordings. Established in 2011 by Lee Anthony Norris as a sister label to his already successful Neo Ouija imprint. Txt was founded as an outlet for his many aliases and collaborations – (Autumn of Communion, Nacht Plank, and Ishqmatics etc.) and in the last five years has grown to become home to many diverse and experimental artists. Ambient luminaries such as Matt Hillier (Ishq) and Mick Chillage regularly record limited releases exclusively for the Txt label.

The label focuses on quality and channels its output in limited form for the ambient cognoscenti. Now established as one of the UK’s leading Ambient label’s Txt never rest on their laurels and are constantly pushing the boundaries of the ambient form, not afraid to embrace all aspects of the genre, from lush pastoral strings right through more kinetic electronic drum patterns and back to cold dark drones, discerning ears will find what they are seeking on the Txt label.

Like all distinguished labels Txt have found “their” sound and honed it. Txt releases are instantly recognisable without ever being generic or homogenous, a feat very few labels manage to achieve!
